We will gladly refund the cost of your purchase. You must contact us within 10 days of shipment and we must receive the item(s) in their original condition. It is your responsibility to pay for shipping and the original shipping cost will not be refunded, only the price of the product will be refunded.

90 day guarantee: Since our products are delicate, if an item is damaged and needs to be repaired, please contact us, send us the item and we will repair it, and send it back.

Be sure to include the following on all returns or repairs:

• Address
• Email Address
• Phone number and best time to contact you
• Invoice or copy of invoice

Special instructions: include a brief note if you would like a refund or a credit applied to your next order.
